20 Ιουν 2014 · Moodle keeps track of the 'absolute' (Unix epoch) time for all its internals in the database and when any date or time is presented on the screen, it translates it to the time zone that is set by the system or if allowed by to (as in the case of the OP) by the user.
18 Ιαν 2004 · You are exactly right that the time zone is in the initial user-profile configuration list. If you are the main admin still for your installation, edit your profile, scroll down to timezone, and enter the correct one now.
