Don't use SkyLux. There's a membership portal on their website for those who've paid but it's a scam. They don't allow you to use it - you have to go to the airlines' website to see updates, get ticket info, etc. or you have to speak with the same agent who booked your flights originally.

I received legitimate ticket numbers and a genuine Turkish Airlines booking code, which I have been able to confirm on the Turkish Airlines web site. Bottom line. I am a legitimate repeat customer.
SkyLux Travel has an A+ rating with the BBB although I notice that there have been 201 complaints made to BBB in the last 3 years from SkyLux Travel customers.
Every ticket I have ever purchased with Sky Lux comes with an airline confirmation code which I can immediately check on the airline's own website and allows me to accrue frequent flyer points, which is how you know they're not tickets bought with points.
