Don't use SkyLux. There's a membership portal on their website for those who've paid but it's a scam. They don't allow you to use it - you have to go to the airlines' website to see updates, get ticket info, etc. or you have to speak with the same agent who booked your flights originally.

2 years ago. No Renee, just no. Do not, under any circumstances, use them unless been stranded overseas unless you pay walk up prices for your airfare home appeals to you. They are a mileage broker and using tickets obtained with frequent flyer miles from people you don’t know is against airlines terms and conditions.
