SkyLux Travel has an A+ rating with the BBB although I notice that there have been 201 complaints made to BBB in the last 3 years from SkyLux Travel customers.
Don't use SkyLux. There's a membership portal on their website for those who've paid but it's a scam. They don't allow you to use it - you have to go to the airlines' website to see updates, get ticket info, etc. or you have to speak with the same agent who booked your flights originally.
