So, Sky Lux can definitely be a good option to save a little bit of money. Just be sure you know what you're getting - if their quoted prices are half what you can find on Expedia, Kayak, Google Flights etc then those are likely tickets purchased with points.
I have used SkyLux for two very long haul internaional trips. One was interrupted by an accident in Vietnam, and the SkyLux agent facilitated a reissue of the "non changeable" ticket on Singapore Airlines for me. I have booked a trip to Asia from the USA with them for February, 2024.
