Don't use SkyLux. There's a membership portal on their website for those who've paid but it's a scam. They don't allow you to use it - you have to go to the airlines' website to see updates, get ticket info, etc. or you have to speak with the same agent who booked your flights originally.
Skylux - Anyone use this ticket discounter? 2 years ago. We can save 10% by booking business class travel with Skyluxvfir a trip in 2022. I've read reviews on other sites and am concerned by those mentioning problems with customer service and getting refunds for cancelled flights.

I received legitimate ticket numbers and a genuine Turkish Airlines booking code, which I have been able to confirm on the Turkish Airlines web site. Bottom line. I am a legitimate repeat customer. You need to communicate with your assigned agent, and be prepared to use gateways that you might not otherwise consider.

Stay away from SKYLUX, only but if you want to loose your money. They are scammers, and the tickets are worthless. You can buy the exact same ticket refundable cheaper. They claim they see refundable business class. It’s all a lie. SKYLUX = SCAM
