They seem to have a good reputation on Trust Pilot. A lot of complaints on BBB, but mostly for cancelled flights during COVID. I know that these tickets are non-cancellable after today.
Every ticket I have ever purchased with Sky Lux comes with an airline confirmation code which I can immediately check on the airline's own website and allows me to accrue frequent flyer points, which is how you know they're not tickets bought with points.

So, Sky Lux can definitely be a good option to save a little bit of money. Just be sure you know what you're getting - if their quoted prices are half what you can find on Expedia, Kayak, Google Flights etc then those are likely tickets purchased with points.
