I am a legitimate repeat customer. You need to communicate with your assigned agent, and be prepared to use gateways that you might not otherwise consider. If you live in a non-international gateway city, consider making your own domestic arrangements.
They are a mileage broker and using tickets obtained with frequent flyer miles from people you don’t know is against airlines terms and conditions. This means the airline will cancel your tickets if and when they find out how you obtained them. Some may get away with it but it’s not worth the risk. Reply.
