There is still some different versions of those requiem sets that include earlier base game and four souls + expansion (Ultimate Collection and The Full Collection!). But if you are only looking for the Requiem and nothing else, there is basically two versions out there.
This expansion includes 4 exciting new characters, alongside many new monster, treasure, and loot cards to add even more replayability to your game as you collect treasure, gather loot, defeat monsters, and aim to be the first to collect four souls!
All items in The Binding of Isaac, including characters, pickups, consumables, machines, beggars, curses, and popular mods such as Fiend Folio, Revelations, Epiphany, and much more!
This bright item replaces Isaac's tears with holy flashes of light, which travel across the room normally. The tears deal less damage than usual (~1/3) which is compensated for by the size of the tear, and the likelihood to hit enemies multiple times.
