I wanted to invite you to the Fair. You can bring your whole family to enjoy seeing the 4-H animals, entertainment and eating the great fair food. Don't forget to visit the Rabbit and Poultry Barns. After you take in all the great fair fun, I hope you attend one of the Livestock Auctions.
A buyer’s letter is a letter that a 4-H, FFA, or FCCLA member sends out to potential buyers before the Youth Fair. The member tells the potential buyer a little about themselves and their project animal, and invites them to the Fair and to the livestock auction.

1) Check in: Proceed to the auction clerk table to obtain a buyer number and provide your information required for bidding; one number is issued for each different group of buyers. 2) Check out: When your bidding is complete, visit the auction clerk table to specify your preferred shipping location for all purchased animals.
