Isamu Uchiumi (内 (うち)海 (うみ)勇 (いさむ), Uchiumi Isamu) is the main protagonist of Jealousy's Book. He is also the younger brother of Senzai Uchiumi, and the youngest son of Akihito Uchiumi and Tamae Uchiumi. Isamu is fairly observant of his surroundings, always questioning everything around him.
Just like his brother, Ritsu suffers from chronic pain. It is also possible that his "laziness" and constant need for sleep is due to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis) as he shows various of the symptoms (including the 3 core symptoms) of this illness.
Kuishinbō (食(く)いしん坊(ぼう), Kuishinbō) is a monster who made her debut in Jealousy's Book: Chapter II in the Meat Restaurant. Unknown for now. Kuishinbo appears as the hostile entity in the third part of Chapter II, where she wanders the Meat Restaurant searching for Isamu.

At the beginning of the game, you are going to need to locate four hearts and put them on the table with hands to move on.

After having his heart ripped out by Enzukai, Isamu arrives in Jigoku and is transported to its entrance, which presents itself as a large, ominous minka surrounded by dead trees and eyeballs.
