Isamu Uchiumi (内 (うち)海 (うみ)勇 (いさむ), Uchiumi Isamu) is the main protagonist of Jealousy's Book. He is also the younger brother of Senzai Uchiumi, and the youngest son of Akihito Uchiumi and Tamae Uchiumi. Isamu is fairly observant of his surroundings, always questioning everything around him.
Kuishinbō (食 (く)いしん坊 (ぼう), Kuishinbō) is a monster who made her debut in Jealousy's Book: Chapter II in the Meat Restaurant. Unknown for now. Kuishinbo appears as the hostile entity in the third part of Chapter II, where she wanders the Meat Restaurant searching for Isamu.
Isamu (in Senzai's body) must go to sleep and play a heartbeat minigame similar to the one found in "DOORS" while Father stares at him with haunting gaze; he is portrayed as a monster with black, dark eyes, and an emotionless face.
The creature requests that Isamu collects multiple pieces of meat in an abandoned restaurant while avoiding the restaurant's native inhabitant, a giant and gluttonous egg-shaped monster known as Kuishinbo. It tells Isamu only final thing: he needs the meat, not Nuppeppo.

31 Ιαν 2024 · Following Enzukai’s death in Book 2 Chapter 2, the protagonist, Isamu Uchiumi, explores a more expansive and sinister version of Jigoku in search of a means to return to Earth. At the beginning of the game, you are going to need to locate four hearts and put them on the table with hands to move on.
Just like his brother, Ritsu suffers from chronic pain. It is also possible that his "laziness" and constant need for sleep is due to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis) as he shows various of the symptoms (including the 3 core symptoms) of this illness.
