Isamu is brought to a playground where he encounters a small child-like monster girl inside a playground named Chihiro. She prompts him to play a game of hide and seek with him and will help him escape if he does so.
The creature requests that Isamu collects multiple pieces of meat in an abandoned restaurant while avoiding the restaurant's native inhabitant, a giant and gluttonous egg-shaped monster known as Kuishinbo. It tells Isamu only final thing: he needs the meat, not Nuppeppo.

It features Isamu Uchiumi as the player and the main protagonist of the story while Enzukai, the Beast of Jealousy, is the main antagonist. Jealousy's Book takes place sometime around March 27, 2022 (confirmed by lore writers on the official Discord lore channel).
