The Growth Pathways Report provides customized pathways for students of varying achievement levels. In turn, educators are empowered to: make monthly inferences about whether students are making adequate reading progress, reflect monthly on the efficacy of instructional systems and supports in place for all students,
monitor student progress for growth on a frequent, ongoing basis and identify students falling behind; provide information about students that will be helpful in planning instruction to meet their needs; and assess whether students have achieved grade-level mathematics standards by year’s end.
Istation Reports. Immediately accessible and available 24x7 through the web, Istation reports provide thorough, relevant data to confirm student progress, guide proactive learning interventions, and document those interventions more easily.
Here are some of the things I included in each student data folder: Graph to chart individual ISIP growth. Graph to chart growth in Lexiles. Student Summary Handout Report. Sticky note with current Lexile range to assist with them when selecting books. Strategies checklist for reading. Weekly rotation schedule. Goals they personally want to reach.
