How do I add a payment method? You can add and delete payment methods from the Payment Methods tab in Settings on your account or at checkout. Payment methods cannot be updated from the Roblox mobile app. How do I edit my payment methods? We do not support updating the payment method on existing memberships.
When you make a payment, make sure the billing information you enter on Roblox matches the registration information exactly. Try a different payment method. I put the right information but it's still declined. Some credit cards may not be accepted by our system as part of fraud prevention measures.
If not, and the app simply closes or you return to the main menu of your device, it could be Roblox as a whole (the app itself) or you. If there’s no pop up message when you get kicked (message must be inside of the game) then it’s an issue on your end or the app itself.
15 Μαρ 2021 · After selecting payment method and clicking continue, the websites gives an error message and will not continue with the purchase. The only payment method that can be selected is Roblox Gift Card. If you select another payment method and click continue it shows “An error has occurred”.
