If you can’t install iTunes on your Windows PC, or if you see “error 2” or “Apple Application Support was not found” after you’ve installed the software, follow the steps below.
8 Φεβ 2012 · After a failed update of iTunes (caused by a power outage), I received the following error trying to launch iTunes: "iTunes was not installed properly. Please re-install iTunes.
If you install iTunes from the iTunes Download page, you can manually check for updates to iTunes, or set iTunes to check for new versions automatically every week. Go to the iTunes app on your PC. Do one of the following: Manually check for new versions of iTunes: Choose Help > Check for Updates.
4 Φεβ 2015 · Every time I try to install ITune I get an Error 7 (Windows error 193) upon completion ( and another pop up that says 'iTunes helper was not installed'). During the installation process I get a message that Apple Mobile Device Service was unable to start.
23 Ιαν 2014 · It popped up with error 7 windows error 127 and said that the entry point could not be found in iTunes. I am unable to open iTunes at all now. Has anyone else encountered this problem with the new update?
If you can't install or update iTunes for Windows Uninstall everything as per Apple's instructions: "Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows 7 and later"
