JABO, Inc. Reno, Ohio. 1987 – The present. JABO, Inc. was founded in 1987 by Joanne Argabrite and Jack Bogard. Mr. Bogard was the owner of the Bogard Company which had suffered financial setbacks while in Cairo, WV. Ms. Argabrite was the accountant who was helping him resuscitate his company.
24 Μαΐ 2010 · McCullough may have to work his magic on the furnace, which has sat idle for months in Jabo Inc.'s tiny factory near Marietta. Jabo is the last marble maker in Ohio. McCullough hopes to produce up to 120,000 one-inch marbles for a group of collectors from across the United States and Canada.
Both Jabo, Inc. and its new incarnation as Jabo-Vitro Agate, Inc. produced mainly industrial marbles. However, from time to time the company released mostly limited runs of swirl type marbles, thanks to the skills brought to the company by McCullough, formerly of Champion Agate.

25 Μαΐ 2010 · Jabo master craftsman David McCullough came out of retirement to make one more run of the large marbles using the old kiln he declared ready for the scrap heap a year ago.

6 Δεκ 2017 · Recently inherited a sizeable collection of JABO brand marbles of different types and sizes. Almost all are from the closed plant in Southern Ohio. Help is needed identifying and placing possible values to them.
