JABO, Inc. Reno, Ohio. 1987 – The present. JABO, Inc. was founded in 1987 by Joanne Argabrite and Jack Bogard. Mr. Bogard was the owner of the Bogard Company which had suffered financial setbacks while in Cairo, WV. Ms. Argabrite was the accountant who was helping him resuscitate his company.
JABO History. This work is a modified version of a list produced by Joshua Dinklage, and is a work in progress. I owe my knowledge to Steve Sturtz, David McCullough, David Chamberlain, Rick Hall, and Bert Wilkins. All history, and updates will be added here.

These Jabo, DAS, and SMM, are going to need a book to go-with. For sure! Thanks to marble community members, for posting very cool ones, that got me started on just getting what I can while they’re out there.
Dave would continue to make more colorful marbles that became known as 'Classics', utilizing JABO batch glass, Fenton cullet, as well as cullet from other suppliers.
My brother-in-law (by marriage) uncle is Dave McCullough former owner of Jabo. We grew up together shooting marbles (probably of value) out of our slingshots. I don’t know how many presidential sets the ones with the president stamped onto the marble that we sent flying out into the woods. lol.
