As we search for frugal fashions, some online clothing companies remain poised to scam us. You know the ones; they constantly pop up as sponsored ads on Facebook and Instagram. The pictures usually don’t show the model’s head and promises these amazing designs for $10. 80% of the time, it’s a scam.
I purchased a Trustpilot of California jacket for a birthday gift. It ended up being the wrong size but it was well after the exchange date. I contacted the company and was given multiple options.
What a scam! 1. Reply. Just wondering if Californiajacket.com is legit, was gonna order a jumpsuit from them but they don’t look completely legit. Thanks :)
Fast Refund! I can not speak to the quality of their clothes, but I will address their trust factor. I ordered a red jacket that I intended to wear to a Christmas party. After a week I contacted the company on December 15th and was told they were still processing my order.
2 major issues! First, credit card has been charged and no jacket has been delivered! Secondly, every time I contacted the company about my order, they said it was being processed. Have requested cancellation and full refund! They have informed me that there will be a $15 service fee to cancel! Definitely NOT a legitimate business.
