Jagex don't have anything that is called ''customer service'' nowadays. Its not in their mind to hire a human person to handle cases but internal affairs. Its all an automatic filter because they don't got the guts or social skills to speak or write to an actual living person.
13 Ιαν 2021 · Some company called Jagex just charged me $69.99 on Paypal for an online video game called Runescape. I did not authorize this and i do not play this game. PayPal Resolution Center says that I cannot dispute this type of transaction. What are my options? Just accept the fact that someone just stole 69.99$ from me? Thanks Paypal.

False advertising scam. Jagex is running a scam with their game Runescape. I bought what was advertised as a "1 month subscription" to this game for $10.99. there is a 1 month package, a 3 month package, and a 12 month package. this led me to believe I was only paying for one month.
