The Illinois State Fair Campground is currently full Monday, August 5th through Monday August 12 th. Alternative camping locations can be found here: Other camp sites in the surrounding area. Camping from August 13 th – 18 th will be offered at a first come, first serve basis.
On-line reservations for All Illinois Department of Natural Resources-hosted camping, cabins, group camps, and shelters can be made through the ExploreMoreIL™ website and paying by Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
Please note: Reservations are not required, nor accepted. From November 1st through March 31 st , the campground is closed. There are 300 sites available that can accommodate motor homes, RV's, fifth wheels, and tents with electric and water and limited sewer hook-ups.

Camping fees are $50 per night; Tent camping fees are $25 per night (does not include electricity or water), includes one campground parking placard. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, money order or cash are acceptable forms of payment.
