On August 12, 1969, their father, William Lennon, was shot and killed in the parking lot of the Venice Golf Course in Marina Del Rey, where he worked as a private instructor. Shortly before his death, Lennon had retired from managing his daughters' careers; he had been on set at every one of their television appearances since 1955.

13 Μαΐ 2023 · The answer is, No. All of the Lennon sisters are alive and doing well as of May 2023. However, in 1969, they did lose a family member.
