15 Απρ 2010 · What I learned is that a better performance cam upgrade for the 2.5L was what is called an RV cam--a cam with lobes engineered to increase backpressure and low end torque at the slight expense of high rpm hp. There were good reports from several 2.5L RV cam installs on JeepForum and the old Fourbangers united forum.
23 Απρ 2012 · Conclusions: With no significant improvement or difference over stock, I traded someone my high flow exhaust for his stock exhaust. He got a great deal and I got a quieter Jeep. Jet Stage II Performance Chip. The Jet Chip suggests the use of a high flow exhaust and cooler thermostat.
