(Mat 14:25-26; Mk 6:48; Jn 6:16-19). Jesus immediately said to them, “Take courage! It is I. Don’t be afraid."
'If it is, tell me to come to you on the water.' (Matthew 14:28) Jesus told him to come, so Peter stepped out of the boat and began to walk on the water towards Jesus. As Peter began fearing the winds and the waves, he began to sink.
