This Jet Fuel Price Monitor provides the latest price data from the leading energy information provider Platts. The Jet Fuel Price Index and price data show the average prices paid at the refinery for aviation jet fuel for the reported week.
In the 2010s, jet fuel prices stood at six times the level in the 1990s. While jet fuel prices substantially declined at the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, they bounced back sharply afterward because of inflationary pressures and the war in Ukraine in early 2022.
