Sadly as of now, no JoJo mobile games are active since Stardust Shooters, Diamond Records and Pitter Patter Pop are all ended service 1-2 years ago. All the games mentioned were Japan exclusives. For PC JoJo game, there will be All Star Battle R (remaster of ASB on PS3) coming out in Fall on Steam.

It's free and you don't need a PSN account. Just sign up inside of RPCS3 and you can play online. I drop in for a few rounds of Warhawk every once in a while and there are usually 1 or 2 full servers active.
