Before heading into the clear pipe at the end of this section, swim upward with the rising water to find an alcove with Green Star #1. Through the pipe, you’ll reach the Checkpoint Flag and another body of water. Swim down to find a power-up in the alcove to the left, then continue right.

Hisstocrat is the main boss of World 3 and if you have a supply of Super Bells, this boss is a lot easier than without them. Of course, you might get a Super Bell during the actual boss fight, in case you lose it, but it’s best to come in with one in reserve and donning the Cat Suit, too.
