Junior Summer Intensives are two or three-week intensives designed for serious students who love to dance. Daily classes throughout these programs may include ballet technique, pointe/pre-pointe, classical repertoire, character, jazz, modern, conditioning, and more.
2022 Summer Intensives. Academy Programs. About. Auditions. Performances. FAQs. The Joffrey's Academy's annual summer intensive programs welcome hundreds of students from around the country and the world for an elite training experience and a summer experience in the city of Chicago.
In the Grainger Academy's Adult Summer Intensive, students will develop technique, classical repertoire, strength, and flexibility through challenging yet fun classes taught by the Academy's acclaimed faculty. Auditions are not required to attend the Adult Summer Intensive.
Summer Sampler Multi-day workshops to experience what we offer during the worldwide summer intensives of the Joffrey Ballet School. No auditions are required.
SUMMER PROGRAM AUDITIONS. Students may audition for any of our Joffrey Ballet School Summer Intensives during the annual Audition Tour. Our International and Domestic (US) Tour begins each year in December and continues through the Spring.
2 Δεκ 2021 · Dancers 12 and up can audition for the Advanced Summer Intensive, a three- or five-week experience focused on refining technique and challenging dancers to perform at the pre-professional level.
Audition at one of over 150 in-person locations across the world for acceptance, scholarship and placement at our Summer Intensives. Auditions are open to students ages 8 through 25. Online pre-registration is encouraged.
