5 Ιουλ 2017 · In John 6:35-40, Jesus makes four promises concerning the believer’s eternal security. Let’s go through them one by one. Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life; he who comes to Me will not hunger” (v 35a).
10 Νοε 2013 · John 6:40 sums up what Jesus has been saying: “For this is the will of My Father, that everyone who beholds the Son and believes in Him will have eternal life, and I Myself will raise him up on the last day.”
In the passage of John 6:25-59, Jesus teaches about the Bread of life. This Bread gives life, not only materially but spiritually and eternally. The context of the story shows us that the crowd was looking for Him because He had performed the first multiplication of the loaves and fishes.

6:35-40 Jesus said to them: "I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will never hunger, and he who believes in me will never thirst any more. But I tell you, though you have seen me, yet you do not believe in me.
Go to work, but go with the expectation that in the people you meet, the situations you face and the difficult decisions you have to make, Jesus is present with you.
6. (John 6:41-46) Jesus explains why they reject Him. The Jews then complained about Him, because He said, “I am the bread which came down from heaven.” And they said, “Is not this Jesus, the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know? How is it then that He says, ‘I have come down from heaven’?”
