The John Deere AR is a classic tractor that was made from 1935 to 1953. It has a 2-cylinder gasoline engine that's liquid-cooled. This engine is pretty strong, giving 26.60 hp of power. The tractor has a 2-wheel drive system and manual steering, which was common for its time.
All Model AR.'s were built at the John Deere, Waterloo, Iowa factory. The two cylinder petrol/kerosene horizontal engine had a bore of 5 1/2 inches and a stroke of 6 3/4 inches, maximum engine speed was 975 r.p.m. Transmission was via a four forward and one reverse speed gearbox.
