Request Official Joint Services Transcript. How to have OFFICIAL Transcripts sent to post-secondary institutions. Register for a JST account. Click on the 'Transcripts' tab at the top of the page, then click the 'Official Transcript Request' tab. Type in the institute name or any part of the name and click 'search' or hit the enter key.
Follow these steps to obtain and access your JST: Register for an account. Click on the “Transcripts” link and view, print or save your unofficial transcripts. You can also click on “Official Transcript Request” and complete the form to have your official transcripts sent to your desired institution at no cost.
New Account Request - Please download and complete the Academic Institution Form. Once completed, return to Joint Services Transcript via Academic Inquiry. You must verify your email before you can attach the form.
