Put the .cfg files in your JoyToKey folder. If you don't have JoyToKey yet, here's the site: http://www-en.jtksoft.net . The configs are always up-to-date, my configs are zipped on start-up ("7za a -tzip configs.zip *.cfg" for the interested).
Download the latest version of JoyToKey for free! JoyToKey enables PC game controllers to emulate a mouse and the keyboard input, so that windows applications and web games can be controlled with joysticks.
Download the installer from one of the links below, and execute it and follow the instructions. Alternatively, in case you prefer to download JoyToKey in ZIP file format, you can unzip it into any folder you like, and then execute JoyToKey.exe.
