Students can order transcripts online by authorizing release or they can fill out a request form for an official JST, with a signature to authorize the release of the transcript.
You may order an official transcript, printed and mailed to the address of your choice, using CCAF’s transcript order form. Keep this processing time in mind if you have a deadline for enrollment, registration, job application, etc.
