A wide and diverse array of contemporary issues, questions, and critical approaches to the study of religion relevant to students and scholars. A variety of theoretical approaches, including decolonial, feminist, hermeneutical, poststructuralist, and phenomenological analyses.
Bogart makes (or implies) multiple problematic claims, such that personal perception leads to accurate understanding (it doesn't [usually]), that facts are changed by the lens through which we view them (they aren't, since facts exist independently of perception), and that all assertions deserve consideration (they don't).
