The ingredient in the eye serum that caused the tightening is silicate (Magnesium Aluminum Silicate, Propylene Glycol Sodium Silicate, Sodium Potassium Aluminum Silicate). It causes an instant tightening/smoothing effect but doesn't do anything long term. Strivectin makes an eye cream with it for $49 and I thought THAT was pricey, lol.
