I know it’s been 7 whole years since this was posted but I’m so glad to find a reference of Jungle Jim’s!! I thought I was remembering wrong this whole time since I can’t find a thing about it online.
Jungle Jim's Playland hit some rough times as the neighborhood changed and newer and flashier places like Fiddlesticks opened up. I think it's a Harbor Freight store now.

10 Απρ 2015 · Jungle Jim's was located in the building where the Gaylynn Theatre was at Sharpstown. Went there many times with my daughters in the 90s. It was a great indoor amusement park. Very manageable with the wee ones.
