Follow the instructions in the window to find your Microsoft 365 apps. For example depending on your version of Windows, select Start and then scroll to find the app you want to open such as Excel or Word, or type the name of the app in the search box.
This can be done through scripting by querying a page that is easy to parse the result from and getting the IP address from that, but there is no tool built into Windows that you can just tell you what your external IP address is. You will need to write one yourself or find one and download it.
