14 Ιουν 2006 · The setting is much more critical than it was with std def cameras. Real easy to go past the focus point unless you have the finer resolution chart. Also, best to get the chart as close to the camera as possible so you can see the focus at the wide end.

The focal length of the lens ranges from 3.7–37 mm (39–390 mm at 35 mm film equivalents), offering a good balance of wide angle and zoom. For wider angle shooting, the built-in lens hood can be removed and an optional GL-V0746U wide-angle converter fitted. The zoom range can also be extended with the optional GL-V1846U telephoto converter.
Turn the zoom ring to set the lens to the maximum wide angle position. Adjust the back focus using the iris ring to set the focus on the subject. Repeat steps to a few times until focus is set on both the telephoto and wide-angle ends.
