18 Φεβ 2014 · The AKU-94 was a bullpup conversion kit made for standard AK rifles by K-Var a while back. They were never particularly popular, probably because in stock form they weren’t particularly good.
After getting my AKU-94 kit from the friendly UPS driver, I opened the box and after checking the manual to make sure all the pieces were there, I set out to convert an old Maddi RML version of the AKM rifle into my new bullpup rifle.

I'm thinking about just picking up one of the barreled kits from Atlantic, but for their price since I'd still have to buy a trigger, I may just see if I can pick up a WASR for cheap or something.
I'm trying to find an old AKU-94 conversion kit and was wondering if someone had any leads on where to get one? I know they were considered pretty awful when they came out so not many people sold them, but Im competent in my abilities to polish a turd so what the heck.

8 Νοε 2017 · While at first glance the AK Bullpup appears completely alien when compared to a standard GP1975, a closer look reveals the Kalashnikov core of the carbine. Key to the design is a variation of the AKU-94 Conversion System from K-Var Corporation that is combined with a basic Century G1975 Sporter.
