Steps since arriving: February 21, 2023: Applied for SSN using I-94 and passport. February 27, 2023: Received SSN card. March 2, 2023: Applied for DC marriage license using SSN & passport. March 4, 2023: F I N A L L Y got married 🍾 (after getting stuck in an elevator and being pulled out by DCFD)
I filed for K1 visa on November 16th, 2021 and the processing time keeps moving. It was March 28th, now is April 6th (California center). Not to mention that since I have applied, was from 11 months to 15.5 now. This is so frustrating. Is anyone here experiencing the same wait time? Should I contact someone?
