  1. 10 Δεκ 2009 · Procedure: 1) Source parts needed for swap. 2) Source a motorset. 3) Remove cooling fan and fan shroud. Remove old motor from chassis. You can unbolt the motor mounts from above or below. Guide the motor out, making sure it doesn’t damage anything on it’s way out.

  4. 12 Μαρ 2009 · if the car is a current ka with a regular distributor, i would keep the harness and computer and swap the mtot and get it running first, make sure the injectors are 13+ ohm injectoers or make sure the e and de have the same injector impedance..

  5. 27 Απρ 2012 · You should be able to use most of the s13 wiring on the s14 motor but you can find the info if you look for s14-s13 motor swap, the only thing that i can think of that will cause issues is the wrong ECU temp sensor for the car.

  7. 14 Νοε 2011 · It is possible to retrofit the DE head and make it a twin cam motor. Or a complete KA24DE swap. Bit more torque and power from the DE. a 2.25" exhaust is best on these engines (when N/A). An antrx.com chip might work in the Navara ECU .. not sure, but maybe few more kW's to be had there!
