5 Μαΐ 2012 · You could always take some of the more obscene 9th level spells from other developers and make them 10th level spells. Ray of Ending, Prismatic Ray, Typhoon, and Entropic Storm are all spells that are insane.
my favorite 10th level spell is "Aspect of the GM" which combines create demiplate, Summon Monster, Power Word Kill, Reincarnate. Modify Memory, and Dominate Person. First it creates a new plane of existance, completely dictated by the caster. then it populates the entire plane with monsters or NPC or whatever the Caster desires.
11 Ιαν 2021 · I think the intent is: You gain one 10th level spell slot per day and can cast axactly one 10th level spells per day, no matter what other abilities you have. The 20th level feat increases this number to two, but you still can't ever cast more than two 10th level spells per day.
For example, if you are 5th level, your communal spell's duration is 10 minutes per level, and you have four targets, each target must receive 10 minutes of duration. The extra 10 minute duration can go to one of the four targets or it is wasted.
10th Level Illusion Spell Components: V/S/M (a large sheet of parchment and a caffeinated beverage) Cast Time: 8 Hours Duration: 1 day/caster level Area: 250 ft^3 per caster level. You magically bring forth a dungeon into existence of your own design.
10th level Necromancy. Casting Time: 1 action. Range: Touch. Components: V,S. Duration: Instantaneous. Classes: Cleric. You speak aloud the words, ‘Ashes to ashes,’ and make a melee spell attack on a single creature.
