18 Φεβ 2020 · To try and solve this I have: 1) Used different ports on the laptop. 2) Updated all Human Interface Devices, Mice and other pointing devices, and Universal serial bus controller drivers. 3) Altered power settings for the above. 4) Uninstalled reinstalled drivers through device management for the above. 5) Conducted chkdsk scan.

10 Ιαν 2019 · Just won’t recognize that the Katana is plugged in. I’ve spent all day trying to fix it, tried a different USB cable, tried it in all ports, even uninstalled the driver, which I can’t even reinstall because the laptop won’t pick up the connection.
27 Ιουν 2022 · That doesn't mean you cannot manually install a driver update. Type device manager in your Start Menu search bar and select the Best Match. Browse down to Mice and other pointing devices, select, then right-click your mouse input and select Properties. Select the Driver tab, then Update Driver.
