While they may have a few areas to improve, their overall commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and community involvement is evident.
From word of mouth I heard from my friends, KB's construction in our area isn't good. Few of my friends are in Lennar and they told they didn't see any issues at all. Based on my research, the build quality changes from place to place as technically subcontractors build the house.
