28 Ιουλ 2012 · Anyone who knew Ken will realize what an enormous loss this is to the sharpening community as a whole. If you didn’t know the Great Sensei, but you’re on this forum, you’re very likely using products that Ken helped to pioneer years ago.

Available in sizes like 1″ x 6″ for the Edge Pro, 2″ x 6″, and a larger 3″ x 8″, these films offer versatility and custom sizing options.
24 Ιαν 2017 · Ken Schwartz Passed Away. by ChefKnivesToGo » Mon Sep 20, 2021 6:51 pm. I wanted to wait until I got confirmation on this so I called the Coroner's office where Ken lived and they told me he passed away on September 11th. I don't know anything else at the moment. Rest in Peace my friend.
29 Σεπ 2012 · I want to thank Ken Schwartz for generously providing enough nano-cloth strops mounted to aluminum blanks to conduct the study. I started by preparing a bunch of samples with super polished bevels so we would be able to clearly see the effects of various abrasives.
26 Μαρ 2017 · I think the reason there is a difference in the way they are described is that they come from two manufacturers (Jende and Ken Schwartz). Both brands are emulsions that are dispensed by a pump actuated spray bottle.
27 Ιαν 2017 · What’s interesting is how both you and Ken, advanced sharpeners to varying degrees, are unwilling to suggest there is a Holy Grail - an ultimate way of sharpening. Still humbled by a lowly if magnificent everyday instrument that’s existed for thousands of years.
