Full of Fake Reviews. This is a really great application but can be very misleading if you have not personally tried a restaurant. It seems that restaurant owners make a big number of fake 5 star reviews and efood will not or has not found a way to stop this from happening.

tl:dr - Don't order delivery (or online) from KFC directly - if something goes wrong they won't give you a full refund. It's $1-2 more on Uber and DoorDash and both of those companies will make it right without having to spend 1+ hours trying to reach or talking to customer support.
Correct me if I'm wrong but these seem to be simple things to fix and would result in more orders from customers. It's infuriating to say the least, when the competition out there have much better software development in most ways possible. TLDR: KFC mobile app works inconsistently and inaccurately. Why.
