Poor recent customer service. I’ve been a massive advocate of the Khyam Igloo tent for c.25 years having owned the Mk 1 and then Mk 2 versions. Decided to upgrade to the new Mk 3 earlier this year.
In many respects the Khyam Igloo is definitive tent in the Khyam range. The Igloo utilises the Khyam Rapidex Quick Erect pole system, whereby all of the poles remain sewn into the flysheet and can be simply clicked into place in a matter of seconds.

15 Οκτ 2017 · I had a minor issue with my tent that was promptly and considerately resolved by Joe at Khyam. Life time warranty supported by first class customer service will make me a customer for life. Hard to find such top flight service elsewhere.
The Igloo is perfect for touring, pitching and striking down takes a matter of minutes, so you know that you can move from site to site with ease. The floorplan of the Khyam Igloo is hex-shaped and the generous breathable polyester inner tent with sewn-in groundsheet is ideal for up to 3 people.
