The Kidron Auction. October 16 at 1:25 PM ·. Thursday, October 17th we will have our normal sale. Hay, Straw & Wood sale starts at 10:15 am. 12:00 noon in the main barn starts with dairy, followed by feeders, calves, sheep, goats, hogs & beef. Feeder pigs will be at 1:00 pm in the feeder pig barn.

About - The Kidron Auction. “Ohio’s Greatest Community Sale” In 1918 a group of local farmers and businessmen held their first auction at the Jacob Moser barn located on the square in Kidron.

If it's Thursday, follow the buggy lineup down the road to the livestock barn. Hay gets auctioned at 10:15am, cows at 11am, pigs at 1pm and goats at 2:30pm. A flea market rings the barn for folks seeking non-mooing merchandise.
13 Ιουν 2023 · A century ago, Cy Sprunger bought the Kidron Auction for $5 and worked hard to build it up, advertise the process and help others start up other auctions. Quite possibly the oldest in the state, the auction continues to meet a need 100 years later under the ownership of John and Janet Sprunger.
