  1. 5 Οκτ 2018 · I have a doobie express and, while I love it, it is very thick and bulky. For your purposes you would be supplementing your appropriate attire to take the edge off when you stop moving. I would definitely get the woobie. The doobie is more of a quilt for sleeping than a supplement like a woobie.

  2. 5 Ιουν 2018 · Comments, opinions, experiences with the Kifaru Woobie/Doobies particularly as a down jacket/sleeping bag replacement. Ready go.

  3. Just wanted to post a review of the Kifaru Woobie since I couldn’t find many online when I was trying to decide if I should buy it. Because of this, I put it off for a few years but finally pulled the trigger last fall. This thing is amazing.

  4. 12 Απρ 2012 · Wanted to use the Woobie to supplement my sleeping bag on cold nights as I currently use 2 sleeping bags for cold weather camping at the truck. Seems the Woobie with a 20* slick would be perfect. I hate freezing my cajones all night in camp!

  5. Reviewed by. Chris McCarty +4. September 27, 2016. Warm, lightweight, packable, and multi-use—this spin on the classic GI poncho liner is one of the best blankets/quilts I've ever used. Pros. Lightweight. Durable. Warmth to weight. Compressibility. Apex Climashield continuous fiber insulation. Cons.

  6. Kifaru: A little lighter, but there isn't a huge difference. Potentially cheaper depending on options, but again, not a huge difference. The Kifaru is great, but comparing the closest G1 liner to it, there's not a compelling reason to stick with the Kifaru and a lot of advantages to the G1.

  7. 31 Μαρ 2022 · The Kifaru woobie is super legit, I heard a lot of good stuff about the Hill People gear sherpa but I've been running the snugpak jungle blanket for a few years and it's great under a poncho and it's super light and very packable.
