15 Μαΐ 2020 · Shoots good no complaints. I bought a .308 W, Kimber 84M back in 2003. It had "fail to fire" issues. Upon increasing tension on the firing pin spring it reduced firing pin travel so the firing pin would not hit the primer.

30 Ιουλ 2019 · I own 3 in 300WM and 3 in 338WM, all were bought during the so-called QC trouble. One had a chamber issue, but was easily polished out and accuracy is very good on them all, not benchrest accuracy, but definitely fine for a lightweight skinny barrel.

I have narrowed down my caliber (.270 win) and scope choice and thought I was all set on a Tikka T3X ultralight, but thought again about the Kimber Hunter. I hits my goals of a sub $1000, sub 6lb rifle and has at least my minimum of 22in barrel.
